Rent Collection/Evictions

Rent is collected on the 1st day of every month via online payment options. We take every measure to ensure on time payment with our comprehensive screening process but sometimes a resident may fall into arrears. If that happens, our procedure is on the 3rd day of the month a reminder notice is sent to the tenant. On the 5th day late, a late payment is charged to resident. On the 6th day a five- day notice is sent out. On the 10th day late, eviction is filed. We will file the eviction and make court appearance. Most times tenants get caught up before the court date which includes the filing fee.
