Property Evaluation

SRG will set up an initial meeting with you and one of our property managers to evaluate your property and determine if we are a good fit. We will evaluate your property before finding a tenant and inform you of current and fair market rent. We will also inform you of any updates and maintenance that can attract a more quality tenant and increase rental income. Bi-quarterly inspections will be performed to ensure that your units are being cared for to the highest degree.
