Our Fees/Add Ons

Monthly Management- Fee 6-15% depending on unit count. 

Initial leasing -50% of monthly rent amount 

Lease renewal - 25% of monthly rent  

Janitorial – Flat monthly rate depending on size of common area.  

Exterior Maintenance - $100 per month  

Snow Removal/Salt- $50 per occurrence

Pest Control – Flat monthly rate based on property size and unit count.

1-2 Units 6% 1-2 Units – 8%

3-4 Units 7% 3-4 Units – 9%

5-6 Units 8% 5-6 Units – 10%

7-9 Units 9% 7-9 Unit – 12%

10+ Units 10% 10+ Units- 15%

SRG Property Management does not require security deposits only one- time non-refundable move in fee of $650. However, the owner has the right to request that their tenants pay a security deposit in addition to the first months rent. If owner requests to have tenants pay a security deposit, the owner will be responsible for holding the security deposit in an interest bearing account and will be responsible for issuing interest payments to tenants according to state guidelines.
